Coaching FAQs

Who is your coaching for?

My coaching is particularly suited to people who care deeply about climate, nature, sustainability or positive change, and who want to continue making a difference without burning out, becoming overwhelmed or losing hope.

Do I need to work in the environmental sector?

No. Although much of my work is designed for people working in climate, nature, conservation and sustainability, I also support others who connect with this approach and want to live with greater resilience, balance, meaning and hope.

How do I get started?

You can sign up for a course straight away. Go to the courses page to find out more.
If you are interested in coaching, start by booking a free clarity call. We’ll explore your challenges, goals and see which type of coaching or courses are the right fit for you.

Do you offer virtual coaching sessions?

Yes! All coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world.

How often do coaching sessions take place?

Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on their goals and coaching plan. We’ll decide what cadence works best for you.

How long is each session?

Sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes, allowing time for deep conversation, reflection, and action planning. The free clarity sessions are just 25 minutes.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your needs and goals. Some people benefit from one or two focused sessions, while deeper or longer-term changes are often better supported through a series of sessions.

Is coaching confidential?

Absolutely. Everything shared during coaching is kept private and confidential in a safe, judgment-free space.

Do you offer coaching packages?

Yes — it is possible to book a series of coaching sessions in advance for a 20% discount, to make support more affordable and straightforward

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24-hour notice for any rescheduling. Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be charged.

What can coaching help me with?

Coaching can help with stress, overwhelm, resilience, confidence, motivation, boundaries, life balance, purpose, difficult transitions and finding a more sustainable way to live and work.

What happens during the free clarity call?

The clarity call is a relaxed, no-obligation conversation where we explore what is happening for you, what support you are looking for and whether working together feels like a good fit.

How is coaching different from therapy or counselling?

Coaching is generally focused on your present situation, future direction and practical changes. It is not a substitute for therapy, counselling or medical support, although it can sometimes complement them.

What if I’m not sure whether coaching or a course is right for me?

You are welcome to book a free clarity call. We can discuss your needs and identify the most suitable next step, without any pressure to sign up.
