VITALITY DETOX RETREATS
This company was set up by Jem Friar & Mandy Elliott to offer a uniquely supportive approach to detoxing. They run 4 & 7 day detox retreats in the UK for small groups in a nurturing & relaxing environment. These are juice fasts that include yoga, chi gung & various detox & complementary therapies. They are held on the coast of West Sussex, a beautiful area with inspiring walks & beaches.

PERSONAL DETOX COACHING
Jem will design a detox program to meet your needs & then support you through the process in your own home (or place of your choice) There are a number of benefits to approaching your detox in this way, including: privacy & confidentiality; one to one support; no need to travel; you can learn to make juices or simple healthy foods; your healthier living experience is easier to integrate into your normal life.

TREATMENTS with Jem -
Jem is an excellent bodyworker & Naturopath with 20 years of experience. He has trained and qualified in Naturopathy, Osteomyology, Thai Massage, Spineworks, ITEC Holistic massage, Sports massage, Remedial massage, Indian Head massage, Psych-K and Reiki. When not running detox retreats, he often works in the London area & offers home treatments. He also offers Naturopathic phone consultations.
